I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she is unable to use due to constant static and feedback. Also the volume control does not work at all, it only plays loud or louder. Very dissappointed.
The product only works about half of the time and has horrible sounding loud static in the back ground. It came with only one little sheet of basic instructions, but provided no troubleshooting information. I had bought this for my neice for Christmas, but I am not giving her a defective toy.
