this product is such junk that i had to write my first ever review... I buy many things on amazon and review are important to my purchases.. this micorphone had no reviews.. stupid me...
first.. the design is teribble, very cheap, cheaply made... my son may have had a better shot designing this one up.
second... my 3 yr old has to practicaly stick this micorphone inside his mouth to hear it.
third.. never shuts off
bottom line.... if this company still wants to sell this product with no improvments, fine put a 13.00 price tag on it so everyone knows what there getting. If they continue expecting consumers to pay this price, put a sticker on the package stating "Your getting ripped OFF".

My 4 year old son got this yesterday as a gift from his grandmother. Within 10 minutes of the microphone being set up, the plastic holding the microphone cracked. By the time we got the gift home, the actual "microphone" was no longer working. So the entire toy lasted less than 4 hrs, was probably only really played with for 25 minutes, and now my son doesn't know why he "can't make his voice loud" anymore.
Very disappointed in the quality of this item considering the cost. btw- there was ZERO abuse of the toy. I would look for another microphone and skip this one.
